L'appartamento

 

 

Alex's House mette a disposizione un appartamentodi circa 100 mq, da poco ristrutturato  ed aperto al pubblico.

L'obiettivo e’di farvi sentire a casa vostra con un arredamento caldo e accogliente.

Il palazzo e' in zona centrale a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Citta del Vaticano, S.Pietro ed il fiume Tevere.

Attraversando il fiume si raggiunge il pieno Centro Storico della città.

 

La fermata degli autobus e’ a 20 metri e la disponibilita’ di otto linee lo collega con tutta la citta'.

 

La fermata della metropolitana e’ invece a 10 minuti a piedi o a 5 minuti di autobus e nella stessa stazione e’ disponibile anche la metropolitana extraurbana per tutte le altre destinazioni come ad esempio il lago di Bracciano o il mare.

 

Composizione dell’appartamento

  • 1 deliziosa camera da letto matrimoniale con pavimento in parquet,
  • 1 camera da letto con due letti singoli armadio e piccolo guardaroba,
  • 1 luminosissimo salotto doppio con divano letto ed un tavolo per 6 persone,
  • 1 cucina completamente arredatata ed equipaggiata con 1 tavolo per 4 persone;
  • 1 bagno con doccia;
  • TV LCD, DVD e tutti i confort.

Tutto l’appartamento ha pavimenti in marmo

 

E' possibile aggiungere 1 letto con 15 euro.

 

L'affitto e' minimo e' di 3 giorni

 

Il cambio della biancheria, lenzuola ed asciugamani, e' settimanale ed è incluso;

La pulizia settimanale e' di 50 euro  ed e' inclusa per periodi di una settimana;

Possibilita' di shuttle dall'aeroporto ( vedi servizi );

Possibilita' di avere la spesa gia' in dispensa ( vedi servizi ).

 

 

Alex's House   Apartment

 

Alex’s House is an elegant and totally restored 300-square feet apartment. New on the market.

 

We want you to feel at home, that’s why we have chosen cosy furnishings for the flat. The building is in a central area, about 15 minutes walk from Vatican's City,St. Peter's Basilica and the river Tevere.

Crossing the river you will go in the historical City Centre.

 

 

At 20 metres from building there is a bus stop. With eight lines you can reach the whole city.

 

The underground station is at a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute ride by bus. From there, you can also catch the train to reach locations in the outskirts of Rome, such as Bracciano lake or the sea.

 

The apartment is composed of:

-   1 nice bedroom with a Queensize bed and parquet floor;

-   1 bedroom with two twin beds, 1 cupboard and small wardrobe;

-   1 large bright living room with double sofa bed and dining table for 6 people;

-   1 equipped Kitchen with dining table for 4 people;

-   1 bathroom with shower;

-    Flat lcd TV, DVD and all comforts.

 

It is possible to add an extra bed with a charge of 15 Euros.

 

Minimum stay is  a minimum of 3 days.

 

Towels and bed sheets are changed on a weekly basis and are included.

 

The rent is paid on a weekly basis.

-     Weekly cleaning: 50 Euros  ( included for a stay of one week);

-       On request, we can arrange a shuttle service from/to the airport ( see the Services section)

-       On request, it is possible to ask us to buy food and beverages for you before your arrival.(see the list).
